Skye Co Agency is a boutique marketing and communications firm based in South Florida. We work with founders building e-commerce and lifestyle brands, and with businesses and organizations that need strategic marketing, PR, or crisis communications. Meet the Founder
I'm Giada Skye. I started my first business in high school, a cosmetics e-commerce shop that went viral on YouTube and Instagram. I was packing orders on school nights with my family helping me keep up. I had momentum, but no strategy, and I learned that momentum without strategy can't be repeated.
A few years later, from my dorm room at Florida State, I launched a niche clothing brand. That time I built the brand before the product ever dropped: a specific audience, sharp positioning, and a community that felt like the brand belonged to them. People set alarms for launches. Products sold out in minutes, without a dollar spent on ads.
Those two brands taught me the lesson that became this agency: it's not the product that sells. It's the brand, the people, and the concept behind it.
Why I Started the Agency
After eight years of building my own brands and working alongside corporate sales and marketing teams, I kept watching the same story repeat: capable founders with genuinely good products, pouring money into ads, redesigns, and content that never fixed the real problem. Their brands weren't communicating, and no amount of effort was going to out-post that.
I started Skye Co to fix that problem at the root. I hold dual degrees in Marketing and Management from Florida State University, and I've generated over 3M organic impressions for the brands I've led.
What We Do Today
For founders, I work 1:1 through strategy sessions and programs to diagnose what's keeping a brand from converting and build the plan to fix it.
For businesses and organizations, our team takes on full engagements: social media management, brand strategy, SEO, and communications work, including crisis communications for community associations navigating litigation and other high-stakes moments.
